Chocolate Mint Squares

Chocolate Mint Squares

These squares are extremely chocolatey, but the filling provides a
crisp taste of mint. Creme de menthe is a liqueur, and it comes in
both green and white varieties (“white” creme de menthe is actually
clear). The two taste identical–but some people like anything
mint-flavored to also be green. Note: Keep the bars refrigerated, but
remove them from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving. Makes
24 bars. Per bar: 291 calories, 14.3 grams fat, 64 milligrams
