Oriental Shrimp Salad
1 lb. small raw shrimp (peeled, deveined and cooked)
1 (6 oz.) package frozen pea pods (thawed)
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbls. horseradish
Lettuce
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce;
mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Just before
serving, spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Its very like good taste and delicious food.
