Spicy Fish Fillets or Chicken

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (2 oz.) KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper  (optional)
6 (4 oz. each) fine-textured fish fillets (such as flounder, sole or cod)
1 egg , beaten

Preparation:

MIX cheese, crumbs and pepper.  Dip fish in egg; coat with cheese mixture.

PLACE in greased shallow baking dish.

BAKE in preheated 450 Degrees F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes
     easily with fork.

VARIATION: Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breast
           halves for fish.  Decrease oven temperature to 400 Degrees F.  Bake 15 to 20
           minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
